CNC machining, which stands for Computer Numerical Control machining, is a manufacturing process that utilizes computerized controls and machine tools to remove material from a workpiece. CNC machining is favored for wheel parts manufacturing due to its ability to produce consistent and precise results. The process allows for customization of wheel patterns while ensuring high-quality and precise fitment.

In 2021, to cope with demand and to gain product diversity we took over part of the manufacturing process. We introduced our precision Haas Lathe in-house. This allows us to custom bore and PCD drill lips and barrels from 13"-21" in a matter of minutes.
