CNC | Computer Numerical Control

CNC machining, which stands for Computer Numerical Control machining, is a manufacturing process that utilizes computerized controls and machine tools to remove material from a workpiece. The process is highly automated and precise, allowing for the production of intricate and complex parts with high accuracy.

CNC machining is favored for wheel parts manufacturing due to its ability to produce consistent and precise results. The process allows for customization of wheel patterns while ensuring high-quality and precise fitment.

In 2021, to cope with demand and to gain product diversity we took over part of the manufacturing process. We introduced our precision Haas Lathe in-house. This allows us to custom bore and PCD drill lips and barrels from 13"-21" in a matter of minutes.
