We are constantly manufacturing and replenishing our stock levels on a daily basis. If the part you are currently looking at is unfortunately out of stock, please get in touch with the team for updates on batch production and the availability to pre-order.

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

We ship using a variety of couriers. The most common of them being DPD, Fedex, Parcelforce and Royal Mail UK. Please note that when goods are sent abroad outside of the UK, the customer may be charged customs fees. SRR holds no responsibility to pay these fees. Transit times are estimated pending customs clearance.

Yes, we ship all over the world on a daily basis. Shipping costs do apply, and will be calculated at checkout. Because of the sheer amount of packages we send out, we have very good relationships with our couriers which enable us to lower the cost of our international shipping rates. We pass this saving onto our customer.

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the goods you have purchased are not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

When shipping your order, email confirmation on dispatch is sent including relevant tracking information. In some cases it might not work straight away (do not panic). It can take a couple days for the tracking to register and become live in the destination country.

Custom charges and import duty fees might be applicable and charged on receiving/accepting the goods. This is set by the local government of the destination country. We have no control over this cost. It is the customers responsibility to pay them.

As each inner and outer wheel lip is custom machined in house on a per order basis we can not accept any returns. All other parts will be fully inspected when back in our possession and can be rejected. Returns could also be subject to 30% re-stocking fee. We do not refund any postage costs which were incurred when originally sending the order out. The buyer is liable to pay return postage costs and has to use a tracked service. We do not accept returns 5 days after the customer receives the item.

Delivery times usually take 2 to 5 Working Days for Regular Shipping and 1-3 days for Express shipping. Please note Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are not classed as working days and orders will not be sent out or delivered during these days.

We ship globally daily. Our international shipping costs are very cost effective, go ahead check them out at the final stage of purchasing. SRR holds no responsibility to pay the buyers custom fees. By completing your order at checkout you are agreeing to these terms.

If an incorrect delivery address has been entered during checkout please email info@srrhardware,com or contact us as soon as possible with the correct delivery address.

If an order has been dispatched with a wrong delivery address, we will attempt to change the it with the courier, however in some instances it may be too late. We may then need to wait until the original package is returned to us before a re-delivery can take place. If this is the case, the courier may charge us extra costs on return of the package which will be passed onto the customer.

Re-delivery charges will also apply. An invoice will be supplied once it has been rebooked.

Lips & Barrels

Once your wheels are split, you will need to measure your lip or barrel from end to end. You will then need to deduct half an inch, which is the width of the bead. Once this has been deducted you will have your final depth.

For example: If end to end your lip depth is 3", once you have taken away 0.5" (width of the bead) you will be left with 2.5" lip. This is the true way to measure your lips and barrels.

We stock 1000's of blank lips and barrels for you to work your own magic and create your own bespoke wheels. These can be found here.

Custom applications? No problem, we have CNC facilities in house, accompanied by our blank parts means we can create the custom lips and barrels you need. Please get in touch to see what we can do for you.

Parts for wheels not listed?Contact the team with your enquiry and details of your wheels and lets fix that.

We were all new to wheels at some point and unsure, just ask. The team are happy to help you find the correct parts you want and need.

Assembly Hardware

Size. That's all the difference. They are all 12 point, made from 10.9 High Tensile, Forged Stainless Steel or Grade 5 Titanium.

M6 Bolts

  • 6mm Shaft Diameter
  • 1mm Thread Pitch
  • 13mm Bolt Head Diameter

M7 Bolts

  • 7mm Shaft Diameter
  • 1mm Thread Pitch
  • 13mm Bolt Head Diameter

M8 Bolts

  • 8mm Shaft Diameter
  • 1.25mm Thread Pitch
  • 14mm Bolt Head Diameter

Size matters. The easiest and best way to ensure you use the correct bolts on your application is to measure your existing bolt(s), if you do not have the original bolts, measure the diameter of the holes in the centre, lip or barrel.

When measuring it is best to note the diameter of the hole in the lip where the bolt shaft passes through. Also the diameter of the recess on the face/centre for the bolt head as well as the total bolt length. All measurements need to be taken in mm.

Generally speaking for a two piece wheel the torque should be 18nm and for a three piece wheel around 24nm. However please double check these with your wheel manufacturer as each and every wheel varies from the other.

Even though we stock a variety of colours, we can not unfortunately cater for everyone's taste. Custom plating is not viable, as we need to get a minimum of 30000pcs put into production. However we always recommend purchasing chrome bolts and lacquering over with a coloured tint to get the respective finish you require.
