I bought standard 40 hole lips for my work zistance wheels, and stupidly think they would fit. After collecting them (which by the way was ready in 24 hours.. compared to the competitor’s 4 month waiting time), realised the bolt holes don’t line up. This understandably was my fault. I messaged them and asked if they can redrill the lips for me and they responded quickly with a yes. It was a 1 1/2 hour drive to get to them and was expecting that i would have to leave the lips and do another trip to collect, but they kindly redrilled my lips the same day (took 15 mins to be exact) to save me doing another trip. Had a good chat with the staff while waiting and they clearly know the split rim world. Went home that day very happy with the rapid and customer focused service. Lips are now installed and they look ace. Should have gone to them from the beginning. The quality is of their products are second to none. And i had a quick tour of the storage facilities.
